1.  Under Format, select either [Online] (default) or [PB-Paperback].

2.  Next select the term of subscription you would like from 1, 2, or 3 years.

3.  Select your country.

4.  Click the green subscribe box.

5.  Proceed to checkout, follow the remaining instructions, and provide shipping information.

6.  Enjoy your subscription!
